Turkey Rub 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons sage
  • 3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • butter, melted
Directions
Dilute above in enough melted butter to make a thick paste (like peanut butter). Rub into turkey (skin folds and pockets) and on outside.
