White Sauce Mix 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 4 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 1/2 cups dry milk
Directions
Mix flour, margarine, salt and dry milk with fork until resembles cornmeal. Store in refrigerator.

For Thin sauce, use 1/2 cup mix to 1 cup liquid.

For Medium sauce, use 2/3 cup mix to 1 cup liquid.

For Thick sauce, use 1 cup mix to 1 cup liquid.
