Rhubarb Blueberry Jam 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 7 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 4 cups sugar
Directions
Cook rhubarb and sugar for 10 minutes.

Add: 1 can of blueberry pie mix and heat on medium, then add: 1 6-oz. Pkg. Strawberry gelatin. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Pour into containers and store in refrigerator or freezer.
