Monterey Jack Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 block Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Slice 1/4" thick slabs of cheese. Cut in 1 1/2" pieces. Place 3" apart on Teflon cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 400°. Drain on paper towels. Store in airtight container. Great with soups or used at parties.
