Raspberry Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 8 ounces mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 cups pecan chips
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves (seedless)
Directions
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in both cheeses and onion. Stir in pecan chips. Spread in a 9 inch round pan lined with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Dump upside down onto serving platter and remove plastic. Spread preserves on top of cheese spread and serve with assorted crackers.
