Lemon Bars 95 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ounce pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
Directions
Mix lemon cake mix, vegetable oil, and 1 egg together in a bowl. Save 1 cup and press the rest into bottom of a 9x9 in. pan and bake 15 minutes at 350° and let cool. Mix 1 egg, cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar together in a bowl. Spread over cooled crust and apply extra cup of crust to top and bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
