Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons drippings (that the pork, ham, chicken or beef was cooked inch)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup Liquid (Milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Place cooked meat on platter to keep warm. Pour drippings into container, leaving brown particles in skillet. Add 2 Tbs of drippings. Stir in flour. Cook over medium heat stirring. Stir in milk. Continue stirring all the time until desired thickness
