In a skillet, melt a Tablespoon butter on medium heat, and then place the bread minus the removed shape on top of the butter. Crack an egg into the hole at the center of the bread. Using a fork break the yolk to ensure the egg fills the space. Season with a salt and pepper.
Flip when the bottom of the egg has fried, and finished cooking.
When the egg is done, and the bread fully toasted, remove and serve on a place.
