Ingredients
1/4 cup hot peppers, seeded, ground
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sweet peppers, seeded, ground
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 bottle Certo (must use Certo brand) or 2 packages Certo
Directions
Seed peppers before grinding and measure after grinding. Put all ingredients into large kettle-type pan and bring to a boil. Cook for 12 minutes. Pour into jelly jars and seal. Serve with bread. Also can mix 2 T. jelly with 8 ounce package cream cheese and serve with Triscuits, Ritz or other crackers.
