Angel Mallow Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Egg Whites (Only the white)
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Cream (2 cups 7 ounce jar)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Combine sugar, egg whites, and water in double boiler; beat with electric beater over boiling water until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow cream; beat to stiff peaks. Remove from heat; beat in vanilla , if desired tint.
