Mint/Mustard Sauce for Grilled Salmon Recipe

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
In blender, mix together all the ingredients except oil. Through hole in top of blender pour oil and a steady stream to emulsify. Baste both sides of salmon fillets and grill until salmon flakes easily with fork.
