Caramel Corn 53 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups butter or margarine
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 gallons popped corn
Directions
Boil butter, sugar and corn syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla. Cover popped corn with syrup. Bake on cookie sheet in 250 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
