Cherry Ham Sauce Recipe

  • 1 can Cherry Comstock filling
  • 1 jar guava jelly (8 ounce jar)
  • 1 cup golden raisins (they are yellow)
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin or cooking sherry
Prepare your favorite ham as usual, slice & place on serving platter.

Combine all ingredients in sauce pot, stirring occasionally until all combined and heated through; do not let boil or scorch. Pour over ham and serve. You may refrigerate the remainder for another day!

*You can use whatever Comstock filling you prefer -- strawberry, etc.
