Cream Cheese filled Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 dozen large strawberries
  • Crushed pecans
Directions
Beat first three ingredients til smooth. Put into a sandwich bag to pipe into strawberries. Cut off a TINY corner of the sandwich bag. Wash and pat dry two dozen large strawberries. Cut stem end of berries flat so berries can stand up. Cut an "X" on pointed end of berries. Push gently on the "X" and pipe in cream cheese mixture. Dip tip in crushed pecans.
