Ingredients
1 cup red wine
1 1/2 cups corn oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Directions
Put all ingredients in a 1 qt. jar. Shake and mix well, pour marinade into a pan or plastic baggie (make sure it seals). Place steaks in marinade for at least 24 HOURS, (the longer it marinates, the more tender the meat) Grill or broil using the marinade as a baste. NOTE; I 've used this marinade on all types of steaks, pork and beef.
