Belgian Waffles 11 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons melted oleo
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
Directions
Separate egg. Beat egg white and set aside. Beat together, egg yolk and rest of ingredients. Mix well. Add beaten egg white and mix. Pour batter into belgian waffle maker and cook accordingly.
