Raspberry Ice Cream Topping (for the freezer) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups mashed berries
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup syrup
  • 1 package liquid Certo
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups whole raspberries
Directions
Mix together berries, sugar and syrup and let stand for 10 minutes.

Stir in Certo and lemon juice. Let mixture set; stir for 3 minutes, then stir in 4 c. whole raspberries. Put into containers and let stand for 24 hours. Put in freezer.
