Ingredients
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Cold Milk or Half & Half
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil
Directions
Beat egg in bowl, add milk or half and half, then add flour. Mix well.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Dip any vegetable of your choice into batter. Place in hot vegetable oil for frying until brown.
