Grandma's Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ripe tomatoes (large)
  • 4 peppers (large)
  • 6 onions (large)
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Blanch tomatoes, remove skins and cut tomatoes, peppers and onions in like-sized pieces. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 1 hour. Stir often. Fill hot jars and seal immediately.
