Deer Bologna 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 pounds ground deer meat
  • 5 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons peppercorns
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 7 tablespoons Mortons Quick Cure Salt
  • 5 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions
Mix together and divide into rolls. Bake 9 hrs. at 200 degrees. Turn after 4 1/2 hrs. Bake on a rack so that the grease will run out.
