Catfish Parmesan 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 pound catfish fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 9x13" baking dish. In medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix well. In separate bowl combine beaten egg and milk. Remove any skin from catfish. Dip first into egg mixture and then flour. Put in baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the catfish and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 40 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
