Pepper Jelly 6 Recipe

  • 1/4 cup hot peppers, grind with seeds then measure
  • 3/4 cup green pepper chopped
  • 6 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • 1 bottle liquid pectin
Combine pepper sugar and vinegar in saucepan and boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand for 5 Min. Add pectin. Pour in small jelly jars, seal or cover with paraffin.
