PEANUT BUTTER BRAN MUFFINS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup bran
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup reduced-fat peanut-butter
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup dry roasted, unsalted peanuts, chopped
Directions
Combine flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Fill paper-lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 8 muffins
