Homemade Pizza Crust (Thick or Thin) Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (1 cup for thin crust)
  • 3 tablespoons oil (2 T. for thin crust)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (1/2 T. for thin crust)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (1/2 teaspoon for thin crust)
  • 2 packages yeast (1 pkg for thin crust)
  • 4 1/2 cups flour (3 cup for thin crust)
Combine warm water, oil, sugar, and salt. Sprinkle yeast over mixture. All yeast dissolves and mixture gets bubbly. Mix flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place. Divide into pizza crust.
