Add meat or vegetables of your choice. Marinate. Cook as you normally would.
NOTE: This marinade is especially good for stuff going on the grill. Meat and vegetables can marinate up to an hour, seafood only needs about 10 minutes. Marinate to taste.
VARIATIONS: For seafood, replace the vinegar with Key Lime juice. For salmon, add a splash of barbecue sauce or a spoonful of brown sugar. For pork, add some dried thyme.
