Deer jerky Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds deer meat
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Directions
Cut deer meat in strips. Mix all ingredients except the meat and pour mixture over meat and let set in the refrigerator for a couple days. Make sure you stir it throughout the 2 days. Then place your soaked meat on a dehydrator. It usually takes about 1 1/2 days for it to dry out. When your meat is good and dry then your jerky is done. MMMMMMDELICIOUS!
