Horseradish Ham Glaze Recipe

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup horseradish
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil. Pour over ham in the last 15 minutes of baking and baste with glaze occasionally. If you wish to add fresh, pitted cherries, add the cherries during the last 15 minutes of baking along with the glaze.
