  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

Combine milk, oil and egg. Beat well.

Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet ingredients until smooth.

Grease griddle and cook pancakes over low heat.

Enjoy with butter and syrup, if desired.
