TASTY MEATLOAF 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Meatloaf
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 20 crackers, crusted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
  • Sauce
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
Combine all loaf ingredients. Shape in medium size loaves and place in a greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Prepare sauce. Combine all sauce ingredients together. Heat to near boiling. Pour over meatloaf and continue baking 20 minutes. Baste 2 or 3 times with sauce.
