Oven Shirred Eggs Recipe

  • 6 eggs
  • 12 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 cup grated cheese
Preheat oven to 450°. Spray six muffin tins with non-stick spray. Break one egg in each muffin cup, pour 2 T. of half and half over each. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 8 minutes. Be careful not to overcook. Carefully lift eggs from muffin cup with spoon. Serve over toast slices or on toasted English Muffins.
