Grilled Teriyaki Venison Recipe

  • Serves: 4
  • 1 pound venison steak, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root, or 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce or soy sauce lite
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate steak in the refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours. Turn meat occasionally. Grill or broil for a few minutes on each side. Don't overcook.
