Italian Beef Recipe

  • Serves: 8
  • 3 pounds boneless beef roast
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 2 packages "Good Seasons" dry Italian dressing
Place the beef roast in a crock pot. Mix the beef broth and dry seasoning together; pour over the beef. Cook for about 6 hours or until done. Can use a potato masher to shred beef. Serve on Italian buns. Can also bake in a low temperature oven; check to see when done. Refrigerate to skim the fat off of the liquid.
