Mini Link Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
7 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 package Little smokies (Small pkg)
1 egg, beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° . Grease casserole dish. Mix beaten egg, corn, and 1/2 of the cheeses together. In separate bowl mix muffin mix according to directions. Stir in the egg mixture. Spoon mixture into casserole dish. Dry sausage links and place on top of batter. Bake 30-35 minutes. add remaining cheeses and bake 5 more minutes. Serves 4
