Beefy Vegetables and Noodles Recipe

  • 8 ounces noodles cooked
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3/4 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 - 10 ounce cooked corn
  • 1 - 10 3/4 ounce cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Brown the beef, peppers, and onions; drain. Stir in rest of ingredients, except the noodles. Gently stir in noodles once the cream cheese has melted. Put in greased 9"x13" pan and bake at 350° for 30 - 35 minutes.
