Ingredients
4 minute steaks
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 green pepper
1 can Tomatoes, drained with juice reserved (16 ounce Can)
1 can mushrooms (8 ounce can)
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
Directions
Place minute steaks in a baking dish or pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the meat. Cut green pepper and put on top of the meat. Drain tomatoes, reserving juice, and put on top of mixture. Drain mushrooms and layer on top. In a bowl, mix tomato juice, steak sauce, and corn starch and pour liquids over the steaks. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
