Pork Chop Potato Dinner Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon veg. oil
  • 30 ounces frozen hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can french fried onions - divided (2.8 ounce can)
Directions
Brown chops in oil. Combine potatoes, 1 C. cheese, soup, milk, sour cream, seasoned salt and pepper and 1/2 the onions. Transfer to crock pot; top with pork chops. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
