Baked Chicken Breasts 6 Recipe

  • 12 boned chicken breasts, halved
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - 6 ounce pkg swiss cheese slices
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 soup can of cooking sherry
  • 1 - 8 ounce pkg Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
  • 3/4 cup melted margarine
Place chicken in greased shallow baking dish; season. Place slices of cheese over the chicken. Combine soup with sherry and pour over the chicken. Toss stuffing with margarine and spoon over the top. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
