Slow Cooker Meat Loaf 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Mix together beef, eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper and bread crumbs; form mixture into a loaf and place in slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cook on high 15 additional minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
