Horseradish Crusted Salmon 2 Recipe

  • 6 oz. portions of salmon
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons chives
Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl combine bread crumbs, butter, horseradish and chives. Mound evenly over the salmon; bake until desired doneness. Serve with the "Vodka Orange Cream Sauce".
