Meatloaf 106 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Sauce
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Directions
Mix all meatloaf ingredients and place in loaf pan. Mix sauce ingredients and top loaf with it. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
