Pizza Crust 28 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages yeast
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cups flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add remaining ingredients and knead 10 minutes. Let rise until doubled. Roll out and put on oiled pizza pans. You can sprinkle cornmeal on pan if you want. Bake at 450° for 5-10 minutes. Add toppings and bake 15 minutes more.

* Makes 3 pizzas.

* I use 1 cup whole wheat flour and 5 cups white flour.
