Grilled Parmesan White Fish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound white fish of your choice
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Mix butter, sauce, and garlic salt together and baste over fish. Grill on medium low heat until just opaque. While fish is grilling prepare Parmesan cheese: put in small pan with olive oil and heat on very low heat until cheese is golden brown. Be careful not to scorch! Spread over grilled fish and serve immediately!
