Beef Stew 34 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Stew
  • 2 pounds stew meat
  • 4 potatoes, diced (large)
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • Sauce
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 cup instant tapioca
Directions
Put meat and prepared vegetables in crock pot in order given. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over top. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
