Mostaccioli 5 Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 cups meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Muellers mostaccioli (8 ounce 3 1/3 cup )
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
In a skillet cook the meat and onion until the meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring to break meat into chunks. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water then simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook mostaccioli as directed then drain it. Mix the sauce with mostaccioli in a 9x 13 pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over mixture. Then put Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
