Apple Pork Chops 2 Recipe

  • 8 pork chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup Heinz 57 sauce
  • 1 can frozen apple juice (undiluted) (6 ounce can)
  • 3 cooking apples, cored & sliced 1/2 inch thick
Trim excess fat from chops, brown in skillet. Season with salt and pepper and place in a 9x13" baking pan. Arrange apple slices over chops. Combine 57 sauce and apple juice and pour over chops. Bake in 350 oven 30-40 minutes or until chops are tender, basting occasionally. Makes 4-6 Servings
