Pork Roast with Herbs Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds pork roast
Rosemary
Basil
Minced garlic
Bacon slices
Olive oil
Directions
Line a baking dish with foil. Brown roast on all sides in frying pan and then place in foil lined baking dish. In a small bowl, combine a couple tbsp. olive oil, rosemary and basil. Pour over roast. Sprinkle with minced garlic. Lay bacon on top of roast. Fold up foil to cover roast. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until pork is no longer pink. May use drippings to make gravy by adding flour in frying pan, if desired.
