Stuffed Bell Peppers 16 Recipe

  • 5 green bell peppers
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (32 ounce jar)
Wash peppers and cut lengthwise. Clean out seeds and set aside. Combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Pack each pepper and place in slow cooker, stacking peppers in layers. Pour sauce over peppers and cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6 to 8 hours.
