Ingredients
1 pound hamburger, (approximately)
1/2 chopped onion
2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce cans)
3 potatoes, diced (medium)
1 can pinto beans (15.5 ounce can)
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
1 can corn if desired
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Brown together the hamburger and onion. Drain grease off if necessary. Add next 4 ingredients. Rinse cans with a little water and add to stew. Add seasonings. Add water as needed. I added a good bit. I like it juicy. Simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. It's better the longer it cooks.
