POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 shredded cheese (2 cup 8 ounce )
  • chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
Brown sausage; drain and set aside. Combine soup, onions, milk, salt, and pepper. In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer half the potatoes, half of the soup mix, and half of the sausage. Repeat, ending with the sausage. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven uncovered until cheese melts.
