CHICKEN FAJITAS 15 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 deboned chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Fajita mix
  • green pepper, sliced
  • onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • water
Directions
Slice chicken into small pieces. Pour fajita mix over chicken and leave it to marinate overnight in a covered dish. After marinating, put chicken and sauce in covered skillet and cook slowly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add green pepper and onion on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add some water. Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
